Delivery

We offer carriage, with most rugs delivered in 48 hours. We will contact you with delivery details once you have ordered. Carriage for orders under £100 are charged at £10.00, with free delivery being offered for orders over £100.

Click and Collect

If you have opted to collect from our Norwich showrooms then you will be able to drive up to our front door and we can load up your purchase. This service is available between Monday – Saturday, 9am and 5pm. Please note that we require arrangement beforehand.

Returns and Refunds

If your purchase is unsuitable, please return the rug in the packaging it was delivered in. We will refund your payment within 3 working days of receipt of the returned item, provided it is in the same condition.
