Buying a Rug from Us Online
Our on-line prices are very competitive thereby ensuring that you get a great deal on every item bought. The fact that we offer such a straight forward ‘try before you buy’ service should also reassure you. You can call at our Bedford Street showrooms in Norwich City centre and take any rug home on an approval basis. Alternatively you can pre choose any number of rugs and we will bring them out to show you in your home at an agreed time. You can then make your choice in situ, in the comfort of your own home.
Even rugs bought on-line and delivered are ‘on approval’. Should you find the rug is unsuitable then all we ask is that you cover the cost of carriage for the return of the item. Remember that carriage to deliver any rug to you is free of charge.*
*Subject to min order value £75. Rugs must be returned in correct packaging and in good condition.
